Shipping Policy for Collectible Sanctum

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Collectible Sanctum. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing Time vs. Shipping Time Please note that "Processing Time" is different from "Shipping Time."

In-Stock Collectibles: Orders for items currently in stock at our facility are processed within [1–3] business days.

Made-to-Order / POD Items: For custom apparel or handmade items, please allow [2–7] business days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the item once it leaves our facility (or the print provider's facility).
2. Pre-Sale / Pre-Order Policy Many of our collectibles are sold on a Pre-Sale basis.

Estimated Arrival: The estimated shipping date is listed on the product page. Please note that these dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change.

Payment: Payment for pre-sale items is collected at checkout to secure your reservation.

Delays: Manufacturer delays can occur. If a pre-order is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email.
3. Split Shipments & Combined Orders Because we offer a variety of products ranging from custom apparel (POD) to on-hand collectibles:

Different Facilities: Your items may be sourced from different facilities. For example, a shirt may ship from our print partner, while a figure ships from our main office. In this case, they will arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

In-Stock + Pre-Sale: If you order an in-stock item alongside a pre-order item, our standard policy is to ship the entire order once the Pre-Sale item arrives. If you need the in-stock item immediately, please place two separate orders.
4. Weather & Unexpected Delays Severe weather conditions (such as snowstorms or hurricanes) may impact shipping carrier operations.

Carrier Delays: While we make every effort to ship your order on time, Collectible Sanctum is not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse weather or carrier service interruptions once the package has left our facility.

Safety First: In the event of extreme weather at our location, shipment processing may be paused to ensure the safety of our team. We will resume shipping immediately once conditions allow.
5. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Only: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
6. Damages, Issues, and Lost Packages Collectible Sanctum is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

Carrier Damage: If you received your order damaged (e.g., crushed box), please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Manufacturing Errors: If there is a manufacturing error (e.g., a bad print on a shirt or a defect in a new item), please contact us immediately at CustomerService@CollectiblesSanctum.com so we can make it right.
